A sourdough loaf made with organic Maltstar flour (a granary style blend of wheat flour, malted wheat flakes, rye and malt flours) from Cann Mills in Dorset.
Sourdough loaves are made with naturally occuring yeast and have an open crumb with a firm crust.
Available in a small 400g loaf or a large 800g loaf. All of our bread can be ordered sliced or unsliced.
Ingredients: Organic Maltstar flour, organic white flour, salt.
