About the Role

We are looking for kitchen and cafe team members who will be based between our Falmouth and Penryn sites. The position is a combination of cooking to order from our menu, working as part of the bakery team to produce cakes and savoury baked goods and making hot drinks/serving customers.

This position is majority kitchen based and some food experience is preferred. Some of the role involves a combination of kitchen and front of house duties so the ability to juggle tasks is key.

This role is 36 hours per week four days per week 7am-4pm or 8pm-5pm. You will work 4 days per week including regular weekends. Two of your days off per week are generally consecutive.

Please note that this is a permanent position and it is full time so not suitable for individuals still in education.

About You

Interested in food, cooking and with either kitchen experience or a real desire to develop your skills and confidence in the kitchen.

Responsible and reliable with a hardworking attitude.

Friendly with customers and colleagues maintaining a positive outlook.

Able to work quickly and efficiently.

Willing to get stuck in; we all do the cleaning and washing up!

Able to cope with the demands of being on your feet all day with lots to do.
