A special selection of biscuits for Christmas. Ten varieties all handmade in our bakery. Each box includes:
Italian almond biscuits, garabaldi biscuits, spelt and oat biscuits, hazlenut and fennel biscotti, ginger biscuits, Sable Breton, sesame espresso pinwheels, chocolate shortbread and macha sandwich, alfafores, and orange polenta shortbread hearts.
Ingredients:
Italian almond biscuits: Almonds, sugar, egg, almond extract, salt
Garabaldi biscuits: Organic white flour, butter, currents, sugar, milk, egg, baking powder, salt
Spelt and oat biscuits: Organic spelt flour, organic oats, butter, sugar, milk, baking powder, salt.
Hazelnut and fennel biscotti: Organic white flour, sugar, hazelnuts, egg, baking poweder, fennel seeds, lemon & salt
Ginger biscuits: Organic self raising white flour, butter, golden syrup, sugar, ground ginger, bicarbonate of soda, salt
Sable Breton: Organic white flour, butter, sugar, egg, baking powder, salt.
Sesame and espresso pinwheels: Organic white flour, butter, sugar, coffee. egg, sesame seeds, vanilla extract, salt
Chocolate shortbread and matcha shortbread: Organic white flour, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, whey powder (from milk), soya lecithins, flavouring) green tea powder, cocoa, cream, vanilla extract, salt)
Alfafores: Organic white flour, butter, sugar, organic rice flour, condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt
